Diageo Efficient Distribution

This project involved creating a tool developed in Microsoft Excel with the aim of efficiently assigning budget and advertising material, taking into account the sales that each brand had in the previous fiscal year within a certain channel, region, and market segment managed by the Category Development Area. This project was done as part of an internship at Diageo.
